I’m Cameron Olson, founder of Odyssey Transformations. My journey into fitness started at 17 years old when I was skinny, frustrated, and determined to build muscle. Like many, I spent years sifting through misinformation, fad diets, and gimmicks, searching for what actually works. Through trial, error, and relentless training, I cracked the code on real strength, muscle growth, and sustainable fat loss.
By age 20, I became a certified personal trainer, and for the past 15 years I’ve been coaching others to build strength, lose fat, and take full control of their fitness. Along the way, life took me in different directions—from playing guitar professionally to working as a veterinary technician. However, one thing never changed—my commitment to weight training and nutrition. Now, I’m back doing what I was always meant to do: helping others train smarter, eat better, and see real, lasting results.
